setoncare offers a wide range of care and support services to older people and those who cannot wholly care for themselves. Use the grid below:

Sheltered housingOwn self-contained flat, with Housing Support service. Other care services such as Home Care and Meals on Wheels available if needed.Older people wanting independence but with the reassurance of help on hand if needed.
Home CarePersonal care and help with household tasks in people’s own homes.Older people, the disabled and those who cannot wholly look after themselves but wish to continue living in their own homes.
Supporting People services: Housing Support and Community SupportSupport (but not personal care) in people’s own homes and sheltered housing.Older people and the less able requiring general assistance but not personal care.
Meals on WheelsProvision of hot meals daily.Sheltered housing tenants.
